Diabethrive Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Diabethrive. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Over-the-counter medicines
- Personalized or customized items
- Products marked as final sale
- Items used beyond initial inspection for reasons not due to our error
3. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4. Return Process
To return a product, contact our customer service at office@diabethrive.com. Provide your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send back your items.
5. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at office@diabethrive.com for exchange instructions.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
9. Legal Compliance
This policy is in accordance with local consumer protection laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our policy requirements or if it violates any applicable laws.
