Our magnesium citrate form contains twice as much elementary magnesium (16%) as simple magnesium citrate (8%). It is highly bioavailable and digestive friendly. Each daily dose (3 capsules) contains 360 mg elementary magnesium. Please note: other manufacturers rarely indicate elementary magnesium. Magnesium citrate is declared as magnesium.
