Tabletop sweetener based on xylitol 
for food, limited use, with sweetener.

Xucker Premium is our classic: Finnish xylitol made from wood fibers. This is why xylitol from Finland is also called "birch sugar", although it is usually obtained from beech wood. Xylitol / birch sugar has the same sweetening power as sugar and looks the same, but has 40% fewer calories and is also tooth-friendly*. Xylitol is a versatile sugar substitute for sweetening and baking. Xucker Premium is our top recommendation, especially for moist cakes!

Xucker Premium in use

Xucker Premium is easily soluble in hot and cold drinks and food. With Xucker Premium you can bake cakes and biscuits, make jam and ice cream, sweeten desserts or sauces and make syrup. To be used as a sugar substitute: 1 g Xucker Premium = 1 g sugar.

Restrictions:  Must not be used in beverages (other than liquor) intended for sale.

Ingredients:  Sweetener: 100% xylitol (E 967).

Source material:  Wood from sustainable European forestry, without genetic engineering.

Packaging:  This tin is made of 95% paper. The inside of the paper can is covered with a wafer-thin plastic film that is required by food law.

Storage:  Always close the can after use and store in a dry place. Xylitol tends to clump even if it doesn't get wet. However, the lumps can easily be broken up.

Even small amounts of xylitol can be dangerous for dogs. Cats, on the other hand, tolerate xylitol without any problems.

* Consuming foods/drinks that contain xylitol instead of sugar helps maintain tooth mineralization.

For your information:  The granulation of Xucker Premium corresponds approximately to that of table sugar. Not every batch has the same granulation: there are clear variations, so that both fine granulations, coarse granulations and mixtures of these can be present. This does not affect the quality and purity of the product.
